The 2023 All Saints Parish Festival will be held on Friday – Saturday, April 28-29, 2023.

Welcome back to our Parish Festival!

2023 Parish Festival – Events Schedule

Volunteers Needed: Volunteers are needed to support the games, entertainment, White Elephant sale, silent auction, bake shop, book sale, food sales, and more. This event is a lot of fun and a great way to get involved in parish life. Individuals and families are encouraged to volunteer.  This is a great opportunity if your teen needs service hours.

Donations Needed: We are also looking for donations of game prizes, gift baskets, baked goods, cakes, and items for  our White Elephant Sale, book sale, and silent auction.

When you are out shopping, the following booths are in need of gift and prize donations:

  • Donate Game Prizes
    The best prizes for the festival are usually donated whether for children or adults. Promotional items, left over stock, or anything else that you and/or your company may be willing to donate. Please drop off Game Prizes and Gift Baskets in the Parish Office starting Monday, April 24 (9:15 am-4:00 PM), attention Linda.
  • Donate Gift Baskets
    You can make them as big or as little as you want. They can be food, toy, stationary, baby, get well, congratulations, etc. Questions? Contact Linda Gaynord at 571-516-3140 or lgaynord@allsaintsva.org. Please drop off Gift Baskets in the Parish Office starting Monday, April 24 (9:15 am-4:00 PM), attention Linda.
  • Donate Baked Goods for the Bake Shop
    It’s time to start thinking about what you can bake for the ever popular bake shop. Items may be purchased or home-baked, but we ask that they be wrapped well. Giant cookies, muffins, sweet rolls, fudge, bar cookies, candy, or your favorite sweet specialty. If store bought, please leave in its original packaging. If homemade, please wrap either individually, 3, 6 or 12 items together. Questions? Contact Ellen Maynard at ellenmaynard51@yahoo.com.   • Donate Cake(s) for Cake Walk
    Questions? Contact Jessica Rocha at jrocha0@yahoo.com. Please drop off cakes on Thursday, April 27 from 5:00-9:00 PM in the school gym. The Cake Walk will be held in Fr. Kelley Hall this year.

Parish Festival White Elephant
The White Elephant sale needs your donations of clean, good condition housewares, toys, collectibles, kitchen items, jewelry, sports equipment, holiday decor, etc. (anything EXCEPT clothing, car seats, cribs, TVs, computers, or anything damaged or in need of repair.) Help the parish while earning a tax deduction for clearing out your clutter! Questions? Contact Suzanne Hilbert at s.g.hilbert@gmail.com. Please drop off items for the White Elephant sale on Monday-Wednesday, April 24-26, from 3:30-7:00 PM in the Parish Activities Center.

Parish Festival Used Book Sale
We welcome donations of gently used hardback or paperback books, DVDs and CDs. We are also looking for volunteers for before, during and after the festival. Note: We are not accepting VHS tapes, software, software manuals, or college textbooks. Tax receipts are available upon request. Contact Jennifer Miller at jennifergmiller@gmail.com. Please drop off items for the Used Book Sale on Monday-Wednesday, April 24-26, from 3:30-7:00 PM in the Parish Activities Center.

Parish Festival Silent Auction
In search of your time, talent, and treasure, the Silent Auction needs:

  • Volunteers to assist before, during, and after the auction.
  • Friendly, persuasive folks to assist with solicitation of auction items.
  • Donations of new or gently used jewelry, household or handmade items, musical instruments, antiques, collectibles, or gift cards. Small-business owners are encouraged to donate services or merchandise. Contact Katie Rinker at katierinker@gmail.com.

Festival Entertainment
We are looking for performers for Friday evening and Saturday afternoon. Performers can be groups or individuals. Contact Matt Hilbert at t.m.hilbert@gmail.com.
