All Saints CYO Sports Youth Ministry
All Saints participates in the Diocesan Northern Virginia Junior Catholic Youth Organization (NVJCYO), which provides sports leagues for boys and girls in grades 3–8 from the Arlington Diocese. The purpose of NVJCYO is to reinforce the Catholic values taught in parish schools and religious education programs while encouraging healthy physical activity. Through athletic competition, the program strives to foster cooperation, respect, sportsmanship, responsibility, leadership, healthy competitiveness, fairness, and courtesy.
All participants are required to be actively enrolled in a religious education program, whether through parish-based classes, attendance at a Catholic school, or an approved religious education homeschool program.
NVJCYO is a volunteer-led organization, and the success of our sports programs depends on the generosity and dedication of our volunteer coaches, coordinators, and families.
Youth from the All Saints Parish are welcome to participate in the following sports:
Fall Sports:
- Track and Field
- Cross Country
Winter Sports:
- Basketball
Spring Sports:
- Volleyball (Girls only)
- Track and Field
