CYO Track & Cross Country Registration is Open!

Students in grades 3-8 are invited to register for CYO track & cross country this fall. The first practice will be held this Saturday, September 3 at 8:00 AM at Pennington School (9305 Stonewall Rd, Manassas, VA). Our coaches have developed a robust training program focusing on technique and conditioning, appropriate to our runners’ age group, and providing the building blocks for future endeavors in track and field and cross-country events. The team normally practices twice a week, on a weekday evening and weekend morning, and participates in various meets.
