The October 24 bulletin included the All Saints Parish Annual Report for the year ending June 30, 2021. The weekend of October 31 is our annual Offertory Commitment Sunday. We ask that you prayerfully review your level of giving and consider an increase for the upcoming liturgical year starting the first Sunday of Advent (November 28).
Like many of you, All Saints’ financial health was upended with the start of the pandemic. The offertory collections for the years ending June 30, 2021 and 2020, were significantly less than pre-Covid levels. For the year ending June 30, 2021, ordinary income decreased by almost $400,000.
We thank all parishioners who have been able to continue providing for the parish during these difficult times. The parish continues to feel the impact of the pandemic both in decreased contributions and increased needs within our parish family. Our goal is for offertory levels to move back to pre-Covid levels, plus some to account for the impact of inflation. We know this is difficult for those facing their own financial challenges, but we ask that you prayerfully review your level of giving and make a commitment next weekend to help us continue to recover and move forward.
Also, if there is a point when you feel God’s blessings allow you to add something extra to your regular contribution, please do so. No increase or additional one time contribution is ever too small! May God bless you.
