About the Concert Series

Sacred Music at All Saints Concert Series was founded in 2013 as a community outreach program of the parish Music Ministry. The annual series presents five events each season that showcase local and national performers and ensembles that specialize in classical and sacred music.

The Suspicious Cheese Lords

The third season of our parish concert series kicks off with a performance by one of the Washington area’s premiere men’s a-cappella ensembles, The Suspicious Cheese Lords. Founded in 1996, the Lords specialize in sacred choral music of the high Renaissance.

Internationally renowned tenor and keyboardist Carlos Ibay presents a concert of sacred arias and keyboard. Come and experience this young performer’s exquisite tenor voice and virtuosic keyboard abilities in a program featuring French and Spanish composers.


Messiah Sing with the

Old Bridge Chamber Orchestra

Come and sing along with the Christmas portion of Handel’s beloved oratorio. The Old Bridge Chamber Orchestra will be joined with the All Saints Parish Choir and soloists from the region. A holiday tradition not to be missed!

CJ Capen, Pianist & Lauren Sileo, Flutist

The meditative sounds of the piano and flute will fill our church as this talented duet presents a concert of classical music. Pianist CJ Capen is Director of Music at St. John Neumann Church in Reston, and flutist Lauren Sileo is a professional flutist who performs regularly with orchestras throughout the Washington metro area. The duet has toured internationally together, and the program will showcase All Saints Yamaha grand piano.

The Blue Ridge Singers

Tuesday, April 19, 2016, 7:30pm

The Blue Ridge Singers make their annual appearance on our series to present a concert of choral music. This dedicated group of musicians explores an array of musical styles to create a truly comprehensive choral experience. The choir was established in the fall of 2009 in Front Royal, Virginia by singers looking to explore a new avenue in choral singing in their community.


All events are free, with a free-will offering taken at the door.

Proceeds will go to support future programming for this annual series.

Performing on the Series

The Office for Music and Liturgy accepts proposals for potential events on a future series. Interested solo performers and ensembles are requested to submit a written proposal via e-mail containing the following information:

1. name and bio of the performer or group

2. a brief description of the program to be presented, including music titles

3. requested honorarium

4. contact information

5. audio samples

References and previous concert materials are also helpful, but not required.
